All of our chocolates are handmade and made to order hence it usually takes 3-4 working days to make before they can be posted and if ordering large quantities, please allow ample time before the event date when booking so as to avoid disappointment especially during busy periods. Our minimum date to book is 4-6 weeks before the event date.

We currently accept payment through PayPal.
All orders must be paid for in full beforehand before the orders are processed after which an acknowledgement email will be sent.
Once the order has been processed, we will send an email to let you know your chocolates are on their way.
Please note: Usually, once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it CANNOT be cancelled, as each order is handmade to order for you only. But based on special circumstances, we can cancel some orders (if we are emailed ASAP usually within 1 day of ordering). The price of the chocolates does not include delivery charge. There is a flat rate postage amount of £6.75 in line with the April 2013 Royal Mail price increases inclusive of packaging and during the Summer period,coolant costs.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery.
if you require expedited delivery please email us at email@example.com, so as to give you a quote as this is dependent on the weight of the products.
During the Summer period / extremely hot conditions, your chocolate products will be transported with coolants to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition.
We cannot be held responsible for returned products due to failed delivery due to incorrect / incomplete address as we will deliver to the address as you enter it and no refund is possible due to the unknown holding conditions & temperatures that may possibly affect the quality of the chocolate.
Please recheck/ verify your address with PayPal as the address provided via PayPal is where the chocolates will be delivered to.
At the moment we can only deliver to the UK, but we are investigating the possibilities of worldwide delivery.
We will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 5 days after the dispatch confirmation email has been sent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can chase up your order with Royal Mail.

Dark chocolate min Cocoa solids: 54%
Milk chocolate min Cocoa solids: 33%
White chocolate min Cocoa solids: 25%
Our Chocolate Paintings are made using Candy Coatings which do not contain Cocoa Solids.
We use foodgrade edible colours and lustre dusts that are safe to eat and can be used with chocolate.
AllergensOur chocolates are NOT made in a nut free environment and may contain Nuts,Other types of nuts including(Pistachios and Hazelnuts) Milk,Soya, Sulphites and Wheat. Please contact us before ordering if you have any allergy in order to find out more information about our chocolate ingredients
Chocolates are best kept in a cool dark place. We do not advice storing chocolates in the refrigerator, as this will cause the chocolate to develop a "bloom" due to the condensation
